Vidii was created because too much school work still depends on memory, WhatsApp and repeated reminders.
The problem is not only technical.
Schools already use calls, messages, registers and software. The difficulty starts when the full set of steps is scattered across those places and nobody can see the next action clearly.
A routine may be understood by one experienced person. A parent follow-up may depend on someone remembering. A Principal may carry the reminder system personally. Adding another record does not solve that gap.
