Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellations and refunds for Vidii plans sold as an annual licence per branch per academic session, provided by Auxilii Technovations Private Limited (“Auxilii”, “we”, “us”).

1) Plan type and how value is delivered

Vidii is licensed per branch for an academic session. Once the Service is activated and used, value is delivered throughout the session via access to features, workflows, and support.

2) Cancellation

• You may request cancellation by contacting team@vidii.io .

• Cancellation stops renewal for the next academic session (if renewal is applicable).

• Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

3) Refund window (30 days, limited)

You can request a refund within 30 days of payment only if the Service has not started.

For Vidii, “service started” means:

• Onboarding has been completed, and

• At least one routine has been generated for the branch.

If the Service has not started (as defined above), your refund request may be eligible within the 30-day window.

We may ask for basic verification to prevent accidental loss or fraud.

4) Case-by-case refunds after the window

After the 30-day refund window, refunds are handled case-by-case. We may consider:

• Activation status

• Extent of usage

• Reason for the request

• Whether the issue is resolvable via support, configuration, or training

• Approval remains at Auxilii’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

5) Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Requests made after the Service has started (onboarding completed + one routine generated) and/or after significant operational usage

• Change of mind after activation and active use

• Misuse, violation of Terms, or suspension due to policy breaches

• Failure to provide required onboarding/verification information for extended periods after payment (unless required by law)

6) How to request a refund

Emain team@vidii.io with:

• School name and branch

• UDISE code

• Registered phone number used to log in

• Payment reference / transaction ID

• Reason for the request

7) Refund processing and timelines

• If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (typically via Razorpay).

• Processing time depends on the payment provider and banking channels.

• Where required, we will confirm refund status over email/phone.
