Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) explain how you may use Vidii (the “Service”, “Vidii”, “App”). Vidii is provided by Auxilii Technovations Private Limited (“Auxilii”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using Vidii, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you are using Vidii on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised by that school and agree to follow the school’s internal policies as well.
1) What Vidii is for
Vidii is a school operations service used for day-to-day school work, including (as enabled by your school): routines, tasks, notices, attendance, homework, exams, calendars, uploads, and related workflows. Vidii may also allow parents and job-seekers to submit requests (e.g., to be added to a school, or to submit a resume).
2) Who can use Vidii
You may use Vidii only if:
• You are invited/approved by a school/admin and assigned a role, or
• You are a parent or job-seeker using Vidii to submit a request to a school (access is granted only if the school approves, where applicable).
Vidii uses Phone OTP login. You must have access to the phone number used for login.
3) Your account and security
You agree to:
• Keep your device and OTP access secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify your school/admin and/or Auxilii if you suspect unauthorised access
Auxilii may restrict access where needed to protect security or prevent misuse.
4) Your responsibilities
You agree to:
• Use Vidii only for legitimate school-related purposes
• Enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Upload only content you have the right to upload (photos/documents/resumes)
• Respect the privacy of students, parents, and staff
If you are a parent/job-seeker, you agree to provide information that is true and not misleading.
5) What you must not do
You must not:
• Send spam or abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts/records
• Try to access data you are not permitted to access
• Attempt to break, bypass, probe, or disable security features
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Use automation/bots/scripts that harm performance or create misuse
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell Vidii or any part of it (except as allowed by law)
6) Role-based access and school control
Vidii uses role-based access. What you can see and do depends on the role assigned by your school. You agree not to try to view, export, or extract data outside your permissions.
Your school administrators control:
• Who is added/invited
• Which role you receive
• What features you can access
7) Uploads (photos and documents)
Vidii may allow you to upload:
• Profile photos
• Photos for school branding and school content
• Documents for student/staff imports
• Resumes (for job-seekers)
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload any photo or document and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Auxilii may remove or restrict access to content that is reported or reasonably believed to be unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
8) Permissions
Vidii may request permissions to enable uploads:
• Camera (capture images)
• Photos/Media (select images)
• Files/Storage (select documents)
Vidii does not collect location data.
9) VidiiChat and AI-assisted features
Vidii may provide AI-assisted features, including VidiiChat, where enabled in your school’s plan:
• VidiiChat may be available under fair-use
• We may apply rate limits to prevent spam or misuse
• Where AI credits apply, credits are used only for AI work actions (writing/rewriting/generating). Normal app usage does not consume credits.
AI outputs are suggestions. You (and your school) should review them before using them for school communications or decisions.
Vidii does not provide medical or legal advice.
10) Third-party services
Vidii may use third-party services to operate (for example, payment processing, analytics, and notifications). Their terms may apply when you use those services.
12) Suspension or removal of access
Auxilii may suspend or restrict your access if we reasonably believe:
• These Terms of Use are being violated
• There is misuse, fraud, or a security risk
• Legal compliance requires it
• Your school requests restriction/removal of your access
13) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data: vidii.io/privacy-policy. By using Vidii, you agree to the practices described there.
14) Disclaimers
Vidii is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that Vidii will match every school’s internal process without configuration.
15) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Auxilii is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Vidii.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
16) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sagwara, District Dungarpur, Rajasthan (Udaipur Division), India.
