Shipping & Delivery Policy
Vidii is a digital service provided by Auxilii Technovations Private Limited (“Auxilii”, “we”, “us”). We do not ship physical products.
1) What “delivery” means
For Vidii, “delivery” means:
• Digital access to the Vidii app and Service for the School’s selected branch(es) for the academic session covered under the purchased plan, and
• Enabling the School to complete onboarding and begin using features as per the Plan.
2) How delivery works
After successful payment (typically via Razorpay):
1. The School is asked to provide verification and setup details (e.g., school name/branch details, UDISE where applicable).
2. Once verification is completed, onboarding is enabled and access is activated for the purchased branch(es).
3. The Vidii team may share onboarding guidance through email/phone/WhatsApp and in-app steps.
3) Delivery timelines
• Access is delivered digitally after payment, subject to verification and activation steps.
• Delivery/onboarding timelines may vary during peak periods (session start, admissions, exams, PTMs) or if verification details are incomplete.
If a delay occurs due to missing or incorrect information from the School, delivery timelines extend until the required information is received.
4) Delivery confirmation
Delivery is considered completed when:
• The School has been activated for the purchased branch(es), and
• The School can log in and access the Service as per its Plan.
5) Support for delivery issues
If you have not received access or onboarding help after payment, contact us with:
• School name and branch
• Registered phone number used for login
• Payment reference / transaction ID
